PRESIDENT
-
Acts on Umpire Voting Committee with respect to league game play rulings and game protests;

Maintains league membership and the members and spares contact information;
-
Ensures teams are coordinated fairly with full rosters completed for the start of the season;

Chief committee officer responsible to represent league executive with the RA Curling club meetings;
-
Maintains all league records associated with the role of President for record-keeping retention;
-
In the event of a vacant executive position, President will find a replacement or redistribute the workload.
VP / TREASURER
-
Represents the President or any absent executive member in his/her absence;
-
Assists with the Team Player Coordination for team player ranking prior to the start of the season;
-
Chief Financial Officer responsible for maintaining all HOT league financial records;
-
Approaches the League Executive to coordinate membership issues of common and shared interest;
-
In the event the President position becomes vacant during the curling season, the Vice-President will become President and a new Vice-President will be elected by the league executive members.
HEAD UMPIRE

Acts as Head Umpire Voting Committee with respect to league spare and game play disputes;
-
Ensures player replacement rules are communicated for weekly game play within the league;
-
Provides game play rules and other related information to the Membership;
-
Responsible for assisting with the fair game play coordination for Round 2 and Playoffs;
-
Approaches the League Executive to coordinate membership issues of common and shared interest.
STATISTICIAN

Provide all league statistical records of game play to the Webmaster for record-keeping retention;

Acting on Umpire Voting Committee with respect to league game play disputes;
-
Assist with posting of the weekly game play results for the website and RA notice board;
-
Approaching the League Executive to coordinate membership issues of common and shared interest;
50/50 COORDINATOR
-
Responsible for the Weekly 50/50 draws and maintaining the required supplies, cash floats, etc;
-
Recruits volunteer to assist with 50/50 draws;
-
Assists with organization of special events;
-
Provides all league records associated with the role of Funds Coordinator for record-keeping retention;
-
Approaches the League Executive to coordinate membership issues of common and shared interest.
SOCIAL

Responsible for the planning and organization of the league social events in specifically establishing a sub-committee and recruiting volunteers, as necessary, for the successful operation of the events;;
-
Presents the Social Event budget and league expenses incurred to the executive for approval;
-
Approaches the League Executive to coordinate membership issues of common and shared interest.
WEBMASTER
-
Keeps the league's web site up to date in a timely manner.
Annual Executive Review & Nominations
-
Is a group function of the HOT league executive.
-
Responsibilities include conducting an annual re-election of the Executive in a fair and transparent manner.
-
Gathering volunteers for executive duties and notifying the league membership of annual replacements.
